So, what's Chulbul?

Chulbul started in 2016 as a single dhaba kitchen in Pune. A decade on, that kitchen has grown into a family of outlets across the city, including Chulbul Kebabs in Viman Nagar and Kothrud — spices are still stone-ground daily, everything's cooked over real charcoal, and nothing is prepped until you order it.
